I am a certified UX/UI Designer with a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Communications from Florida International University. With ten years of experience in Finance and Client Relations, I’ve honed my ability to understand and address user needs. This experience inspired me to pursue a UX/UI Tech Certification from Ironhack and a Product Management Certification from BrainStation. These certifications, combined with my professional background, have equipped me with the skills to empathize with users and craft creative solutions that enhance user engagement and improve customer satisfaction across various platforms.
PHILOSOPHY
I believe in "user-centered design." Which emphasizes designing products, services, and experiences that are tailored to the needs and wants of users, but also appealing to the eye and enjoyable to use.
